What I write about
AI & Agents
Hands-on notes on Codex, Cursor, OpenCLI, MCP, Slock/Raft, Multica, multi-agent collaboration, enterprise SOP agents, model behavior, usage economics, and real AI tooling failures.
Digital Life
Hands-on notes on self-hosting, payment tools, virtual cards, comment systems, VPS operations, and everyday software: configuration, failure modes, risks, and migration trade-offs.
Investing & Trading
Personal notes on capital size, cash flow, risk tolerance, trading psychology, and investment decisions. These are decision frameworks and field notes, not return promises or individualized investment advice.
Field Notes
Field notes from content operations and distribution experiments, including WeChat Official Account cold starts, recommendation traffic, content testing, monetization feedback, and operational mistakes.
I would rather preserve how a conclusion was reached
than only keep the conclusion.
Most technical notes here come from problems I worked through with AI. I provide the environment, run the steps, and report what happened; AI helps analyze, discuss, and turn the work into a readable record.
I want to preserve more than the final configuration: failed attempts, why one option was chosen over another, and the conditions under which the result was true.
Start with one note.
